Beaverton Christian Church

Our Philosophy

We are a church that strives to be Christ centered, Bible saturated, Spirit empowered, and God glorifying.  We delight when families worship together and believe that each generation plays an important role in the life of the church.  Our worship is a corporate expression of a personal, daily lifestyle.  We practice different styles of music for a fuller expression of worship, always with the aim of pleasing God.

We believe that small groups are a vital aspect of the church.   Life groups are small groups that meet weekly in homes for the purpose of Bible study, fellowship and ministering to one another.  

We believe that each follower of Christ is a minister in the church and an ambassador to the world.  We desire to equip people for what God, though His word, has called them to be and do for his glory among all peoples of the world.  We value authenticity.  We’re imperfect, but we’re family who has been declared righteous in God’s eyes because of Jesus Christ’s finished work on the cross.  Our deepest desire  is to honor him in all that we do.
